Plagiarism Policy
Teaching and General Education Studies is committed to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity. Authors must ensure that all submitted manuscripts are original works and properly cite the work of others.
Key points of our Plagiarism Policy:
-
Manuscripts will be screened for plagiarism using plagiarism detection software before the peer review process.
-
Plagiarism includes copying text, ideas, images, or data from another source without proper acknowledgment.
-
Self-plagiarism (reusing substantial parts of one's own published work without citation) is also prohibited.
-
A similarity index of more than 20% (excluding references, quotations, and methodology) may lead to automatic rejection or request for revision.
-
If plagiarism is detected after publication, the article may be retracted, and the authors may be barred from future submissions.
Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work and for appropriately citing all sources.
