TRANSFORMASI PARADIGMA EVALUASI: PENGUATAN KONSEP KUIS BERBASIS WEB PADA MGMP BAHASA INGGRIS MUSI RAWAS

Abstract

Evaluation standards disparity and ICT literacy deficiency among high school English teachers in Musi Rawas Regency are major obstacles to equitable learning assessment. The Community Service (PKM) program was conducted to change the paper-based evaluation paradigm into interactive web-based digital quiz system. ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) approach with TPACK framework were applied as execution method. Main output of this program was official Musi Rawas English MGMP website portal deployment as integrated platform for item banking and multimodal digital quiz creation. Mentoring and workshop results showed that 38% TPACK-based evaluation understanding increased and technostress decreased. SUS testing result showed web portal is acceptable and user friendly. Overall this program bridged assessment quality gaps across schools and established efficient transparent standardized evaluation system.
